On this page you can read news about my activity as a musician, and about the modifications applied to this web site. Only the (for me) most important news will appear. The new tunes to download are shown on the music archive page.
If you wish to be comfortably informed through e-mail, you can subscribe to my newsletter (write me a request). It's a non periodical newsletter, usually low traffic (in other words I won't clog your mail box). The newsletters won't contain all the news which will appear on this page, but only the ones I see as most interesting.

I have made available online my interview which appeared on the italian magazine New Age Music & New Sounds, in the february 2008 issue. The text is available in italian language only.

On this month's issue (n. 182) of the New Age Music & New Sounds magazine, there's a three-page interview to me. In addition, my tune Migrating Birds is present in the enclosed CD. As far as I know, this magazine is available in Italy only. The price is 10,50 euro.

From today is available, for dowload and streaming (with YouTube), the "Tenebra" demo, done by Biosynthetic Design in 1995.
I have also put online a new version of my philosophical text, regarding music. This new version is currently available only in italian language.

I have done the count, from the statistics of my various sites: between september 1999 and june 2007, the downloads and streams (all both completed and incomplete) of my tunes amount to over 1 million!

Some of my tunes have been inserted as the soundtrack for a web site dedicated to teach how to use the Euro coin to the citizens of Malta, who will begin using it starting from year 2008.

I had to rename my tune "Break The Silence", which is now called "Breaking The Silence". This has been requested by SIAE, because there's another tune with the same title, associated to an artist with my same surname.

Not exactly in today's date, the Istituto Statale d'Arte "Scuola del Libro", a school in Urbino (Italy), used my tune "Evening In The Fields" in their informative CD-ROM.

I have some prints on sale on DeviantART. They are high-quality versions of some of my Apophysis wallpapers. There's also a mouse pad available. Soon I will add a section on this site with more information regarding this, and will add more images to buy.

Today I have updated (more precisely) the count of the downloads and streams of my tunes, starting from september 1999, date when my presence on the web began. The statistics include both the completed downloads and streams, and the interrupted ones. The total amounts to over 265,000.

Now it is possible to stream my music from my online music archive, in addition to downloading it. There's also an option for streaming the whole catalogue. "Streaming" means that the tunes will play while they are being downloaded, and thus will start playing before the download is complete.

A free fractal screensaver is available (download is 6.8 MB), with images from the artists of the Fractal Artists' Ring (including me). Thanks to the ring's maintainers for assembling the screensaver.

My tune "Milano By Night" has been added -- already since some days -- to the program of BandRadio Live internet streaming radio. You can add it to the playlist, with the option of making a dedication, by searching it in the "Playlists & Requests" section (see the orange box on the left on the site) and clicking on "request" beside the tune name.

My tune "Stylonychia" appears in the podcasting show Italian Podder of 21 november. You can download it directly from the Italian Podder download area, or use iTunes by Apple and click on this link. If you prefer to use another RSS aggregator, the link to use is http://www.italianpodder.it/rss.xml. The show is in italian language.

I have added the Tenebra demo soundtrack by Parsec (in year 1995), to download for free in MP3 format. I did a little contribution to this tune by sampling a couple of sound effects.

Now producers can request a free production library CD to search music for their projects (video, multimedia, games, etc.), for easy licensing. It is a data CD containing all the MP3 files available on my online music archive.

Sheeparcade have recently released a videogame (for Windows PCs) which features two of my compositions ("Cerebral Massage" and "Winding Winter Wind"), which I did years ago with a Commodore Amiga computer. The game is called Navigatris and is an evolution of the famous Tetris. A demo is available on the Sheeparcade web site (click on "play now"), and the full version can be purchased only online.

My online music archive has been moved from Vitaminic to this present web site. Vitaminic will still host most of my music available on the internet, but I'll treat the "download MP3" page of this site as the main music archive. The recording of Tenebra has a defect. While I try to solve it, the video files will be kept offline. In the meanwhile, owners of Commodore Amiga computers, or its software emulators for other computers, can download the original executable.

I've put online the Tenebra demo, done by Biosynthetic Design (a group of computer creatives of which I was part of) in 1995. Available are video recordings in several formats, and the original Commodore Amiga executable.

A new version of my short philosophical text is online, which I tried to make more clear, and in which I changed some reasoning. Currently the new version is only in Italian, later I will do the English translation (when I'll feel more sure about the validity of the reasoning, thanks also to the comments which I hope the readers will give me).

I've added 58 more desktop wallpapers, created by myself. I've also subdivided the wallpapers section in three zones, one for each collection. This way navigation should be faster, not having to load all thumbnails of all available wallpapers (over 100) in one pass (on a single page). Please report any broken or wrong links.

I've joined the Fractal Artists' Ring. Defined as "fractals" are the images which you can download (freely) from my desktop wallpapers section. Also in this section (at page bottom) you can thus find the ring's banner graphic, through which you can access the other sites which are part of the ring. Unfortunately there are (currently) some malfunctions in navigation (particularly when you select the next or previous web site).

I prepared other solutions for downloading the desktop wallpapers. It's now possible to download all wallpapers from a certain collection (in one go), selecting the desired size (thus whithout needing to download the other sizes you don't want).

I've inserted in this site my first intro realized with Commodore Amiga computers, produced by the Biosynthetic Design group. I composed the soundtrack. It's called Psycho Rifle and it's available in various formats (video for Windows and Mac, and original Amiga executable).

I put online the 64k intro "Hardcore", for which I did the soundtrack, around 1998. It's available in various formats: video file, Commodore Amiga executable and floppy-image for WinUAE (Amiga emulator). Unfortunately there are problems with the download of some files, which I'll try to solve. If you can't manage to download a certain file, try to download "Hardcore" in another format (e.g. WindowsMedia, DivX, etc.).

Some months ago the Air Movers project has started, a music band initially formed by me and a polish musician (moved to Milan), ex member of Farbenlehre (a successful punk band in Poland). As my habit we compose music for synthesizers and samplers (but stylistically quite different from my solo compositions -- even though varied), with the intention to then add a vocal line. For this we contacted a poet, that will do the texts, and we're searching for a singer. If you've good experience with singing, you live in Milan (or in neighborhood), you've a good knowledge and pronunciation of English, and you think you're charismatic and motivated... contact us!
